Picking up at our shop

Any order can be picked up at 18915 Brake Shoe Road, Meadville, PA, Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Pickup can't be chosen online yet, so please call 814-333-1181 or email office@doublersharpening.com to arrange it.

Our delivery routes

Route customers have their blades picked up and returned by our drivers on a regular weekly or every-other-week schedule. Route days and times can change because of weather, roads, holidays or workload, and we'll do our best to let you know. Please leave blades for pickup where we've agreed, and tell us if anything about your stop changes.

Shipped orders

• We don't have a standard shipping rate. Shipping costs are estimated for each order and can depend on weight, size and distance.
• Some items may ship directly from our supplier.
• We'll email you when your order ships.
• We don't ship outside the United States.

Delays

All delivery dates and times are given in good faith but are estimates only. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know as soon as we can with a new estimated date. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or anything else outside our control.

Once it's delivered

Orders and blades become your responsibility once we hand them to the carrier, deliver them to your address or agreed drop-off spot, or you pick them up. Please check deliveries when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items right away (see Damaged or faulty items).
