What the site is for

You're welcome to use doublersharpening.com to browse and buy products, request service, manage your account and blades, and contact us. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

What's not allowed

• Trying to get into accounts, pages or systems you aren't allowed to use, or getting around sign-ins, staff permissions or the "verify you're human" check.
• Scanning, probing or testing the site for weaknesses, or overloading it (for example, with floods of requests).
• Using bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content, prices or catalogues, except for normal search engine indexing.
• Uploading viruses or harmful code, or files you don't have the right to share.
• Using someone else's account or payment details, placing fake or fraudulent orders, or pretending to be someone else.
• Sending spam, or harassing, threatening or abusing our staff, drivers or other customers.
• Collecting other people's personal information from the site.
• Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone else do any of the above.

Found a security problem?

If you come across a security problem by accident, please email office@doublersharpening.com and don't use it or share it. Testing the site's security without our written permission isn't allowed.

If someone breaks these rules

We may, without notice, remove content, block access, cancel orders, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. You're responsible for any harm or costs your misuse causes us (see "Your responsibility to us" in our Terms of Service).
